Dandy Dick Landy was a cigar chewin’, race shiftin’, drag racin’ son of a gun, and his 1968 Super/Stock Hemi Dart was one fast race car.
This 1:18-scale (almost 11 inches long) die-cast replica is extremely detailed, right down to the lift-off hood with real hood pins, a very detailed Cross-Ram 426 Hemi with plug wires, fuel lines and fuel filters. Inside the Dart is equipped with race buckets, no rear seat, and seat-belt-style window lifts! It also features opening doors, an opening trunk, a rear-mounted battery (and cables) plus a detailed chassis with a rotating driveshaft. Yes, valve stems are on the five-spoke chrome mags too!
These cars are not available in retail stores, but made especially for the guys at Supercar Collectibles, Ltd. With just 1,500 produced, they are ready to ship so they can be under your tree. The only thing missing is the smell of cigar smoke!
